I liked this book the best because it was funny to read especially with King Draven behavior. Also, it was really entertaining to see how Gabe’s family and the community all gathered and helped Seleon out.

Once again, Kathleen Brooks, has created another story that you cannot put down until you are sure all is well. The closeness, support and strength in a small town for its people is a story that many wish were in existence everywhere. The awareness of the dangers that people are living with brings needs to the attentions of many to help people overcome. Awesome as usual. I cannot wait for the next story in this series. Thank you
Prince Gabe is really a prince 😊

How much can one person take.Poor Sloane had to endure so much growing writhing drug lord for parents she escaped and ran for her life at 18 years old. She changed her name and started anew life. To her Ailey she was dead. But 9 years later she met the royal prince. Prince Gabe saw her at a bar by his home in Lexington and he was just drawn to her. Working on the biggest deal of his life given to him by his uncle King Driar. They shared conversations and a few laughs, until one night someone was trying to kill them. This book is full of excitement and suspense, again Kathleen Brooks did not let us down. The Keeneston family came through again. Happy ready.

Another great book! I was literally laughing out loud and had tears streaming down my face because I was laughing so hard. Not to mention during the serious parts I found myself holding my breath! It has to be one of the best yet and they just keep getting better!! I can't wait for more! You MUST read this series and do yourself a favor and read them in order. There are a lot of little references to the previous books and 1st or would it technically be 2nd generation of characters and incidents.
