i’ve read this book before a few years back and i loved it. now however, im finding it not as appealing. the main character is super emotional to the point where it gets frustrating. she just needs to grow up and experience life without a relationship for awhile. she knows she loves her boyfriend but won’t tell him and instead convinces herself that’s he’s going to leave her. it’s also normal for couples to sleep in the same bed together when staying at hotels!!! this poor guy just wants to spend the night with his gf and she keeps shutting him down for absolutely no reason.

If you like contrived circumstances that unnecessarily keep characters separated, this story is for you. I don't. To me it was a complete stretch for two people to have that many communication problems and still want to be together. The main character was whiny, pouty, inappropriately teasing at times, and lacking in good judgement to the point that I couldn't believe any guy - let alone the perfect surgeon she supposedly loved could be in love with her. Any normal great guy would have called it quits much earlier, and I'd have believed that. The writing of this was just not well done and I certainly won't be spending anything on any sequels.

The characters are so boring and predictable. The story is cliche. I love romantic stories but this one was too immature for me. Just couldn't finish it!

All she did the while book was talk about her ex. Even when she was getting married she wanted him stuck on her!! No guy would put up with that.

DW Cee has become one of my favorite authors. This a wonderful love story with all the ups and downs and it makes you want to keep reading till the end. Can't wait to read more about the Reid family.
