Loved this book! Couldn’t put it down.

I might not be the fastest reader, to many other things keep me busy, but I thoroughly enjoy reading the Scarpetta novels. Patricia Cornwell is one of my favorite authors. Can’t wait to get into the next novel of the series.

Her writing just gets better & better & her books get harder & harder to put down!

I guess this is my least favorite of all Patricia’s books. So much repetition that I wondered if I had put my bookmark in the wrong place. Sorry Dr. Kay, Benton, Pete and Lucy.

The Scarpetta series are always good to read. I enjoy that the stories are built around real science. This one was a bit predictable in the end but still glad I read it.

Manic, repetitive read. Far from her best.

It was rather disturbing how close the author got to real life events these days. Reading it caused knots in my stomach. Government conspiracy, collusion, covert operations. You got some closure in the end, but not enough. Guess there is another novel after this one to read.

I really, really tried to read it but couldn't. The first 30 pages and have no idea what it is about.

Will not disappoint!

I will give this book one star because I didn’t give up on it when it entered the “stupidest” territory. It didn’t resolve anything. I would not recommend this book.
