Love, Lena

This is a short novella that still manages to pack a punch! Lena and Beau have been secretly in love with each other for about a decade. They do have a problem though - Beau’s best friend is Lena’s older, protective brother, Charlie. Beau hates the thought of ruining his friendship and does his best to not let anyone know how he feels about Lena. To get Beau’s attention, Lena writes love letters to him. He catches her leaving the letters one morning. Neither one of them is unsure on how to react. I thought that this book was a wonderful book! Lena and Beau want to do the “right” thing but cannot keep away from each other. Their love runs deep. This author does a fantastic job showing their love in this steamy novella! I loved Love, Lena. This is a short and sweet story. Lena loves her brothers best friend. She finally works up the course to tell him but he doesn’t react his she expected. Beau has loved Lena forever but he can’t upset his best friend. Can he? When he realizes that his rejection has pushed her to look for someone new, he can’t handle it and he has to claim his girl. I loved the storyline and the characters. It’s a cute story and I hope we get to read her brother’s story. I would definitely recommend this book.
