Liv is self-aware and realistic, but knowing you are in a bad situation isn't enough, sometimes you need a lucky break, or a helping hand to get out. This done in one book does some interesting world building, with ties to the Vaxxlian Mail Order Brides series, we get more than just a glimpse of what is happening here on Earth, and a much better understanding of what so many women are eager to leave behind. In Liv's case, as a healer, she has a front row seat to the pain so many are suffering as they rebel and fight for what they believe in. Mastorr is indeed, as the title says, sweet, and I love the gentle call backs to previous stories as he's wooing Liv and recalling lessons his brothers learned and shared. I was gifted with a copy of Sweet Giant and chose to share my thoughts.

Follow Liv and Mastorr on a sweet and gentle journey into true love. Liv has finally escaped from her abusive, cruel husband and is hiding out in the Cascade Mountains. She vows never to trust or love another male in her life. But when Mastorr rescues her from her husband when he finds her, he knows she is his one true mate. He begins a gentle campaign to win her over. She must not only accept that he is a Sasquatch, or Monitikaan, but she must learn to trust that he will take care of her and keep her safe and never abuse her in any way.
