I couldn't help it; the smaller one had gum stuck in her hair while the eldest was standing on his feet and asking where babies came from. He looked so pathetic, so damn sexy and pathetic that rather than be star-struck, I took pity. I knew though; I knew the minute I signed that NDA, the minute our fingers brushed and my body became insanely aware of how close he was—I was in dangerous territory, I just didn't know how dangerous until it was too late.     Rocked My Heart! All Stars Fall is a unique, deliciously hot, endearingly sweet, Lol, fantastically good time Romance. I adored Penelope, I swooned hard for Trevor. The children were precious. I loved every single page. I couldn’t put it down and read it in one sitting. Prepare for all the feels, and for this story to capture and hold you hostage, until you read the last word.     4.5 stars All Stars Fall by Rachel Van Dyken was just WOW..... from the moment I read this single dad blurb I was like heck yeah I want to read that, from the minute I read the opening line I was like OMG I do not want to put this book down. Penelope and Trevor's slow burn was so perfect for them. He is a Dad dealing with a life he never imagine and trying to navigate single fatherhood while still making music 🎶 the music that feeds his soul and it an outlet for his emotions. The author rocks (no pun intended) Trevor's three young children, Bella, Eric and Malcolm. Each is dealing on their own terms with the departure of their mother, each has their own relationship with their father (some of the banter here is epic) and each bond with Penny, their new Nanny in their own way. I want to make sure to mention, it is very clear that Penelope and Trevor have an attraction one that is not about her caring for the children and "playing house." The connection between these to bleeds off the pages even as they try to resist it. The use of Trevor's bandmates as well done and added to the story as I felt it helped the reader understand him better. The ending of this book put my heart in throat, no not silly drama really deep emotions and compassion for three small humans. This book left me with a giant smile on my face as the epilogue had my heart happy and my face with a grin from ear to ear. Ps now I want to know more about Drew, Trevor's band-mate so I guess this Crossover did what it was meant to do expose me to a new series I now want to read!

    I absolutely loved reading All Stars Fall by Rachel Van Dyken. It was such a freaking charming story with all the best feels. I loved our heroes, the kids and visiting all friends! This story is part of the Kristen Proby’s Crossover Collection, as well as part of Rachel’s Seaside Pictures series. It is a great read for new and old fans of any author in the collection and especially for Rachel Van Dyken fans. Penny needed a fresh start somewhere and her cousin suggested Seaside. Which is how she finds herself a barista in a small café in a town full of all the best kind of surprises. Trevor has been adjusting to his new normal since the day his wife left him and their children. But he needs help! Which is how Penny finds herself the new nanny. As she spends time with Trevor and his kids, she finds herself wanting something she can’t have, right? Trevor and Penny had great chemistry and a connection they could not deny, even if Trevor tried. Trevor may have been a famous musician, but nothing was more important than his children. He was sexy, charming and determined. Penny was fun, caring and feisty. She quickly lost her heart to not only Trevor but his kids too. I loved All Stars Fall by Rachel Van Dyken.     Ok I need more from Seaside beaches! I wanted to know who Penny was after reading Kristen Proby’s Soaring with Fallon... I must say I was hooked! Simply devoured this book and need more from RVD! Seriously single dad with 3 kids and his desperate need for help? I found myself laughing at a few parts of the book and swooning the next. This Kristen Proby Crossover Collection is amazing! I am being introduced to new to me authors and finding whole new worlds to jump into ❤️

    All Stars Fall by Rachel Van Dyken is part of the Kristen Proby crossover collection. Each novella is a standalone book and they can be read in any order. Trevor is a rockstar. He’s been a rockstar practically his entire life. But his now ex-wife left, and he’s a single dad with three small children. And his little family is falling apart before his very eyes. He moves them to Seaside, Oregon to get away from the drama and paparazzi of Los Angeles. Penelope needed to stand on her own. She’s craving adventure...and craving finding herself and her purpose. So she packs up her belongings and moves to Seaside at the request of her cousin. Drawn to her ultimate teen crush, Trevor, and more importantly, his beautiful but sad children, she agrees to be the nanny for the summer. With chemistry that’s off the charts, can they make this work for real, or is this just a summer fling? It’s hard to go wrong with any book by Rachel Van Dyken, and this book was certainly no exception. Not only was this part of a crossover collection, but she also brought back the Seaside Pictures gang to boot! There are drama and sexy times, but there are also the humor and quirky dialog between characters that true RVD fans love so much. And yeah, I laughed out loud quite a few times! And honestly...Penelope gets to live the dream every teen girl with a pop star crush dreams of...having the hot, talented singer fall head over heels in love with her.     Rachel, Rachel, Rachel you are amazing, as always!! I just love the Seaside crew. And you made them even better by bringing Trevor and Penelope together. Trevor, drummer and singer for the band Adrenaline is wondering what went wrong. He had it all, the band, a wife and three beautiful children. Then, the wife decided things were greener on the other side and left. He was lost, the kids were heartbroken; until Penny. Penelope trying to start over in Seaside never thought that she would be working and falling for one of her teen idols from the past. But the moment she laid eyes on the kids, she was hooked. And then of course their dad. I loved how she just swooped right in and brought happiness into their lives. One of my favorite sayings that Trevor said is: “and because when I look up at the stars, you remind me that no matter how secure they may look—they still fall. And sometimes in falling, you find forever.”

    This book from the Kristen Proby Crossover Collection is so good that I have gone and purchased the other books from Rachel Van Dyken seaside pictures series. Trevor and Penny are so great and then bonus Bella, Eric and Malcolm. This read I could not put down it was so good. I rooted for Penny the whole time. I am now going to start reading the other books from this crossover series.
