Description

Welcome to Farraday Country, set in cattle-ranching west Texas, with all the friends, family and fun that fans have come to expect from USA TODAY Bestselling author Chris Keniston.

On a barren road in the pre-dawn hours, Adam Farraday, the oldest of seven siblings, happens upon a disabled sports car and an angel in white searching for a disappearing dog. What is it about this secretive redheaded beauty that intrigues him as no woman has before?

After learning her fiancé's true nature minutes before her wedding, Meg O'Brien drives as fast and as far away from her world as she can. Stranded with no money, and nowhere to go, the city girl must learn to fit in to small town life and all its quirky trappings. Too bad falling in love with her handsome rescuer is not an option.

Reviews

  • Not a good example of Christian fiction

It’s disappointing when I find a book under the topic of Christian Romance, and it’s full of four-letter words. I don’t say curse words and I don’t want to read them.

First time reading this author but certainly not the last. Loved the writing, the characters, storyline, really just everything about this book. Thrilled to find an author who doesn’t need dirty words or graphic sex she thinks will keep a reader interested. Now on to the next brother’s story in the series.

The plot was stereotypical but the story was really well written. A good short read, which means the romance goes fast.
  • Quick fun read

Loved the story! The story moved well and I wasn’t bored with it! Loved the hometown feel to it. There was enough passion without being raunchy, and for that it gets 5 stars!!
