This book is very good, I knew some of these things but I learned many new and I had never understood the digestive system as a fully integrated system , I did not know things this specific way. This very good information about symptoms and treatments , I always suffered from gastric reflux, but I never had dedicated to understand it

I didn't knew all the background scientific knowledge happened to be discovered in the recent years about the process of ingestion and digestion. It seems like in that area nobody was paying attention, but it is really a lot of understanding that Giulia Enders' bestselling book brings to the topic of acid reflux, backterial overgrowth, and other disfunctions and treatments
