    I find myself slowly trying to evolve as a person and this book has truly hit home and has been an absolute blessing to read. I've been applying the concepts and helping other people through the process and recommending this series. I used to listen to Eric Thomas for workout motivation, but, not only does he fire me up for my morning workouts, but he emotionally motivates me to become the best version of myself. Thank you so much ET.

    IT has some good ideas but it just wasn’t very powerful to me. I’ve read other self development books and this one is my least favorite so far. Many of the ideas I’ve already read and I thought the format of the book was weird. There are 6 chapters and in each chapter there are 5 days and you read each day at a time. I would rather just read through the book and take notes. I like ET’s work. He’s an awesome dude with powerful videos, but this book let me down. Sorry ET.
