When Patrick can't wait for the big Rubbishtown parade fireworks, he decides to make his own—how hard could it be? Armed with alarm clocks, a hairdryer, and lots of glitter, Patrick is convinced he's cracked the fireworks code. But when Dr. Toast arrives just in time for Patrick's "scientific" experiment, things don't go quite as planned.
