Miley is strong-willed, fiercely independent, and identifies as a submissive in the lifestyle.

Sparks fly between Damon and Miley as they clash, both harboring a need for control that threatens to unravel their budding partnership. As Damon's ex escalates her vendetta, Miley finds herself in the crosshairs, forcing her and Damon to set aside their differences and work together. This was a slow pace read. The story location and where it is going are both good points. Damon has his insight into his work, but he has fought hard to keep carriage house functional. Miley stays on board with providing excellent security to the doms . I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.
  • A tantalizing, somewhat obsessive sizzler from Delta James!

Delta James is a favorite author. This was not one of my favorite books, though it was difficult to pinpoint why. Damon was obsessed with finding a mystery woman he met 18 months ago. But not so obsessed that he didn’t find himself ‘trapped’, oops, ‘engaged’ to Frannie. Ending that had begun to cause him some dangerous problems. The female lead is Miley another obsessive character determined to show she’s better than all the guys. Talk about a chip! Put Miley and Damon in the same room—-Yikes! Butting heads. Tiresome. I did like the book but not as much as her others. It WAS worth reading. As are all her books! I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.

It’s romantic it’s edgy and one of the favorite places to play. The romance is just what an HEA should be. I reviewed an advanced copy of this book via BookSirens

Omg I love that Damon assessed Miley’s behaviors and didn’t just try to dominate her, but to earn her submission. Plus Miley is a total bad@$$ and he finds it a turn on that she is!! Can not wait for the enforcer. Delta James has me obsessed with this series!!. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
