PER CURIAM. The indictment contained two counts. The first count charged the appellant with distilling prohibited liquors and the second
count charged the appellant with possessing a still to be used for the purpose of manufacturing prohibited liquors or beverages.
The defendant entered a plea of not guilty. The trial resulted in the following verdict: "We, the jury find the defendant
guilty." Judgment was entered adjudging the appellant guilty of distilling as charged in the indictment and that the appellant
be imprisoned in the State Penitentiary for a term of three years.
