I have recently started enjoying the old Poirot & Miss Marple series on one of my local PBS stations. I’ve turned my attention to the stories in their original form and quite enjoy them.

No matter how I try, guessing the ending just doesn’t ever happen correctly. Great book if you love being surprised by the outcome.

Agatha Christie never disappoints. She is the very best in her field & in a class all her own. Hercule Poirot is fascinating & amazing beyond words.

Although aging, Hercule Poirot proves that he still has what it takes to not only solve the crime but do it in a timely manner beneficial to those involved.

First time reading a Poirot story. I found it to be an interesting story that keeps the reader guessing until the end. I plan to read more A. Christie, especially with the character Poirot.

Great reading. Curled up with this book would be a wonderful way to spend an afternoon.

This version of the book is incomplete. It's missing some important illustrations. I think there are four missing items: two floor plans and two fragments of written documents. The absence of one of the fragments is likely to cause a good deal of bewilderment. The novel itself is a quick read and quite enjoyable.
