At first Prince of Wolves starts off slow and is somewhat confusing. The chapters switch back and forth between the two main characters. At first it is slightly confusing, but once the reader gets past the way the author chose to write the book it becomes a fast read. Once the book picks up pace there is much for the reader to guess at as the pair of unlikely adventurers plow through foreign lands with odd customs trying to solve a mystery. One part That could have used work was the author could have made it more clear why the adventurers are in a foreign land and who they are searching for. In fact that was a big reason why the beginning was so confusing! All in all the book was well written in a unique form. The two main characters are noticeably different from one another and their separate mannerisms let the reader know the versatlity of the author
