Is there a cover with the original artwork available?

Who was the moron who decided to use a photo from the True Blood TV show to replace the cover of this first edition BOOK which has its own ORIGINAL ARTWORK. Way to piss people off...

This book surprised me. I was expecting more shenanigans in and around the Louisiana town but a lot of this story takes place in Dallas ( I know the title should have clued me in but I thought it would be about a vampire who came to Louisiana from Dallas...) There is much more action and mayhem in this book. The characters grow on you and are likable.

Sookie and Bill fight through what Bill does not understand as a very human relationship. The novel is full of suspense, action, temptation and the sultry love laced throughout each word. I can't wait to start the next one!

Living Dead in Dallas was a very good book. Different from the shows, but that is to be expected. Besides the typos throughout the book surrounding the italic words, I would recommend the book to anyone who truly loves True Blood.

I've watched the series but books are always better! This was great. And I'm glad the books are a bit different from the show, that way I don't know all that's coming.

This book is great, but the typos are plentiful. It appears that every instance of italicization causes lost spaces. This is truly unacceptable in a NY Times bestseller. Please correct ASAP, Apple!

I love this series! I am re-reading the series just purchased for my ipad. The books are better than the HBO series.
