I’ve loved each book about the Barclays sisters and this was another winner. If you enjoy second chance, you should definitely read this book. Even though this is the third and final book in this series, you won’t be lost about Fleur and Jessamyn’s stories. I love a good second chance romance and that’s what we get with A Colorado Claim. Grab your copy and see if Lark and Gibson are willing to try again and if they learned anything from their failed marriage. I won’t leave any spoilers, but I have to say I loved the conclusion. I look forward to reading more from this talented author. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Lark and Gibson had a lot of issues due to distance and lack of communication, which resulted in the end to their marriage. He gets the chance to support her and her sisters during their fight against their selfish greedy father and prove that he’s a changed man who still loves her. I loved that he supported his ailing mother and was working towards a new ranching career after retiring from pro hockey even though it wasn’t a sure thing. Lark doesn’t want to be hurt again, but she also has to open herself up to being vulnerable in order to be truly happy. This was a nice conclusion to this sisters series.
