Gorri truly can inthrall a crowd with her books. Let’s jump straight into this review of Ergos and Margo…Eg and Gogo 🤣🤭… this book was highly anticipated and waited on by me. This series has always held a special place in my heart and Gorri true to herself wrote one stellar story for her fans. I absolutely loved this book and wow did it have some plot twists and turns. I was very wrong about a couple of things and that excites me. I love it when I think I know what’s going to happen and I get the one-two punch and something totally different happens. Gorri-sensei does this to me quiet often. A lot of the times her books aren’t easy to predict. Her storylines are always rock solid and very innovative. She comes up with some amazing ideas and tosses them in the mix and they just plain work…every….single….time…. They just work. Her world building is superb, the Guardians are well established crime fighters in this realm of hers and if you’re new to the story I definitely recommend starting at book one and diving in face and heart first. I say heart because trust me, you WILL fall in love with her characters and this series. I cannot wait for Byram’s book. I did enjoy seeing The Morrigan again. I absolutely love her. This grumpy 🐻 gave this book 5 radiant stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 and two witches 🧙‍♀️🧙‍♀️ for that extra umph that Gorri packs into her books. This book hit me right in the heart! I absolutely loved the newest addition to the vast array of mates who now grace the halls of The Keep! She is smart, and sassy, and more than ready to break through the shell of a certain witch. He fought the good fight, but in the end fate won out and the magic came full circle. The author kept us connected to the previous books with the constant interaction of the previous characters, and once again she brought us a bad guy who got his just rewards at the end. This book was an absolutely amazing read! I can only hope she doesn’t make us wait too long to see our last guardian find a love of his own.

This is Book 5 of Guardians of Chaos. This is a story for Margo Wells and Egros Pyke. This one will have you laughing when these two meet up, Margo is this kick butt and take no prisoners woman that was raised human but she is so much more than that. Ergos is a witch with a father that is so Bad and mean with a damaged past that meeting Margo throws him for a loop. I loved how Margo comes blazing into the Guardians place and tells everyone how she found Logan her brother. I almost wet myself laughing so hard. I loved how Egros shows his love for Margo. Witch Shield Egros wants what most his brothers in the Guardians of Chaos have, love and companionship. He did not have a good childhood. He loved his mother but his father only wanted him for his witch power. He suspects that his father killed his mother. He thought he could have been Elena’s conpar (Read Panther Shield!) but that was not happening. Egros the Guardians Medic Witch offers to help her through her heat. Elena declines. It would be uncomfortable with a team member and she and her cat have no interest. Then she meets Logan Wells a geeky scientist. Logan has a half-sister Margo Wells. Margo works for the DPCA or Department of Paranormal Creatures and Activity, her job is to expose paranormal activity. Margo is a former Marine, former FBI and an attorney. She knows she is different; she has glimpses of the future. She knows no one will believe her but she comes to trust these visions. She has been dreaming of a man but she cannot see his face. Margo gets a packet of information and sees her brother with a woman and thinks her needs rescuing. Margo explosively breaks into the sentient Keep to rescue her bother, she put a tracker on him. She meets Egros, WOW! Margo is a no nonsense, take not prisoners kind of woman. Egros is enthralled but will she expose what the Guardians are and do for the unsuspecting world? This is dangerous, some mated are pregnant in the keep. Margo is developing powers is she a latent witch? Egros father shows up demanding Egros power. What will happen to the Keep and it’s inhabitants? This is a good book, I enjoyed Egros meeting his match. This is a fun series. I look forward to Byrams’ book next, Vampire Shield.

This Egros’ story, he finally gets the girl and control of all the powers his Mother left to him when she died….. or does he. ? Margo works for a clandestine government Agency that wants to know everything there is to know about magic, no matter how they have to get it. Add in Logan is Margo’s brother and you have a trifecta of problems that have more questions than answers, more mystery,fighting, and heat that will scorch the sheets .
