Loved it. What a great idea a police chief married to a priest. Loved all the characters. Hated to see it end.

I can’t wait to read the whole series from beginning to end.
Uninteresting

Story was only interesting with the details of the case unfolding. The discussion of the Catholic Church and the members was a bit confusing especially not being Catholic. Skipped through those parts and really focused more on solving the case. Some parts could’ve been left out.
Captivating!

I am not one to read but I was feeling unsettled one night and reading helps me fall asleep. Well I got trapped in this book and ended up falling asleep and woke up went to work and read it some more. 2 days after beginning this book I finished it! 10/10 recommending it to friends and family! So excited to start book 2 tomorrow!!

I loved this mystery and the way the author incorporated elements of Catholicism. A mystery involving a married priest, his wife who is chief of police, and a deacon…unlikely elements incorporated into a great story.
Awesome book 10/10

Loved this story = really holds your interest. Just was a little shocked at the beginning when it has a Catholic Priest married. Loved the explanation at the end of the book. I really enjoy a good mystery and this one sure had a lot of twists and turns.

I thoroughly enjoyed the twists and turns of this whodunnit with delightful characters. A good afternoon escape, better than today’s movies.
Very enjoyable
