This author writes very well and includes all the feelings. I really enjoy her books. I highly recommend this one. I’m buying the next one now.

A quiet suitor to a lady with a traumatized son were healed by his quiet, considerate, loving and gentle nature. The toddler pushed him away, hid from him, and eventually missed him which made all involved happy. . Love heals

Another wonderful second chance story.

Garrett’s patience is through the roof…..he is so good with Anna’s son and Anna as well. Love the nickname “Grit” and the dynamics between the characters. Good book overall.

I thoroughly enjoyed this story. Children can be seriously affected by a parent who is not interested in loving or raising them. This story with a completely committed mother is a classic example of how single parent families struggle to find a “normal” relationship. Ms. Thompson did a remarkable job with Stand-up Cowboy.

Well the story was really good til chapters 28 & 29 too much graphic sex just had skip over 2 chapters. Liked the way it ended.
