Good people can do terrible things...

Devil’s Cove was supposed to be safe. Until a killer was unmasked—and the truth became more horrifying than anyone imagined.

As the Cornish community reels from the discovery of a predator hiding behind a familiar face, Carrie is desperate to find her missing son, Cal—now implicated in the crimes. But she’s not the only one searching for him.

A dangerous cult has emerged from the shadows, determined to protect their secrets at any cost. And crime writer Aaron Black has arrived in town, desperate to save his career by exposing the truth. But his hunt for answers could cost more lives than it saves.

Because the nightmare is far from over. And for Carrie and her family, the worst is yet to come.

Desperation Point is the gripping second book in the Devil’s Cove Trilogy, packed with twists, chilling revelations, and heart-pounding suspense.

Although good, just like the first book, it’s almost too depressing.
  • Dark, darkest

The second part of this series is shocking and moving. A story that show a dark perspective of human nature, but also shows how meaningful could be a kind and loving gesture to get the best of ourselves. A book that leaves you looking forward for the next chapter

This is the 2nd book in the trilogy. I like this author’s writing style and found the plot to be just as good as the 1st book. I will definitely be reading book #3 in the near future.
