While this is book 2 in the series, it’s my introduction to the Gold family. I always enjoy the fake engagement trope and this story reinforced my reason why. Arthur did such a great job with this story that as soon as I finish this review I’m going to go read book 1 and see what I missed. I can’t wait to see which Gold sibling falls in love next.
