The system itself is centered on local government and empowers it on an unprecedented scale. Solutions are taken from Jefferson's Anti-Federalist arguments against the constitution. The Constitution is also heavily used. One may view it as an evolution of the US Constitution. Arguments are provocative and thought provoking.
