What happened in between the first book and the second to make Luke such a jerk? And why all of a sudden is the agreement for 2 years? I am only about 100 pages into this book and I cannot finish it. The synopsis for the 3rd book is also a complete turn off. Glad I didn’t waste money and buy book 2 and 3 at the same time. I loved book 1 so much and this was a real let down.
