    Quincy is having quite the December. First he finds out that he has a four year old son. Then Quincy’s father buys his old house and the three guys move from a big city to a small town. Now Quincy must hire someone to help him look after his dad who is a diabetic and his son who has speech issues and is kind of closed off. Nicki is an undiscovered, disillusioned actress who has gone to school to retrain as a nursing companion. Quincy is not quite sure what to make of her bubbly personality, but decides to take a chance on her anyways. Nicki soon realizes that Quincy needs some nudges in how to be a father, so she comes up with an activity filled advent calendar. It soon becomes evident that Nicki may be just who Quincy and Atlas need to help them make a family, but will Quincy be able to get past his own restrictions and claim happiness before it is too late?
