Poor plot, poor book, poor editing

I have enjoyed Danielle Steel books before, so I purchased this one in hopes of reading a great romantic suspense book. Did I find that? Absolutely not. What a poorly written book. This could’ve been a great book but seemed rushed and not very well thought out. I wish I could show a picture of some of the sentence structure that was used...here is a small blurb: “‘I hope I’m like him one day,’ Darcy said in admiration of her grandfather, and then Olympia went back to the city for some meetings with Bill’s attorney’s about the estate...” It just seemed all together rushed and not very well thought out.

Please don't buy this book. It's terrible and boring with barely a plot. Nothing really happens in it. I can't believe it was published. I have never read a DS book before and am in shock that people like her books. I never will again!

As an avid Danielle Steele book reader, I was seriously disappointed by this poorly written and completely predictable story line. I was so bored that I raced through the book as quickly as possible. Perhaps she should stop churning out books so ridiculously fast. This book is a disgrace.

It was very interesting for the majority of the book but it seemed like the climax happened too early and too quickly. As I kept reading I was waiting for something else to happen but nothing did.

This is undoubtedly the worst Danielle Steele book I have ever read. It was repetitious and predictable. I kept reading hoping the final chapters would redeem the book, but alas no! Please save your money and purchase something with an interesting plot. The premise of the book was good, but without details, exciting near misses and even a resolved romance, it yielded nothing but boredom. I am sad to say this but I will be very careful about buying another book by this author, way to repetitious and uninspiring! I may even delete from reader as I will Never read it again or recommend it!

This book is so bad at continually repeating the sameness over and over that you would think it is beyond painful to read. It is and was for me. Never finished it.
