  • Good foundation

Read the first book in this series and had high hopes; however, as I read the rest of the books, I grew frustrated at the numerous plot inconsistencies and noticeable grammar errors. The foundation was there for a good story, but it almost seemed as if the rest of the books were rushed... The plot wasn't deep or descriptive, and it seemed as if only the top layer was being skimmed. The main character was ignorant in an annoying way... Again, the foundation for a good plot story was there, but the delivery was a flop overall.
