Most excellent I love them all!!!!!

I finished the book,but it was a struggle. Just couldn’t get into the characters. There were some side storylines of the plot I liked and wished it had gone further into detail/ that direction Maybe those themes/ story lines are explored more in later books but I’ll never know.

A Native American FBI agent returns to her hometown to investigate the discovery of skeletal remains in the town’s hot springs. The author’s premise is promising but the story is difficult to follow and much of the dialogue is terse to the point of cryptic. Asterisks denoting scene breaks would help readers understand scene changes/character movement. After reading 3/4 of the novel I gave up. The story was chaotic and the personal histories between characters was sketchy at best.😔

Couldn’t put it down. Very interesting story line, great characters and never a dull moment. Love that the descriptions were short and concise and not long drawn out unnecessary pagefilling words. Now on to the next book in the series.
