This story was incredible! Eden just inherited a cabin on Mustang Mountain and a shop downtown. Shaw is the mountain man that thought he was getting the cabin and the shop. Shaw is angry but Eden holds fast that she is the rightful owner. Despite their differences, when Eden is in trouble, she calls Shaw. He comes running. They both give in to their feelings for each other. I enjoyed reading this book. The grumpy/sunshine aspect was fun. Eden brought light to Shaw’s dark world. Triggers- explicit erotic content Tropes- Grumpy/Sunshine, BBW, Enemies to Lovers, Neighbors to Lovers What I liked- this is everything you want in a light romance: a smart and likable heroine, a hot hero with a heart of gold, and both love and chemistry between them. What I didn’t- not much. If I had to pick something, I’d have liked a little more of Ruby and the townsfolk. But maybe not. Verdict- a good bedtime read that will only give you sweet dreams. Enjoying this series of mountain men each finding their one, in the months to match their names. Great characters with a fun storyline that definitely will have some challenges with these two characters as Shaw is grumpy while, Eden is granola, but they play well off of each other and both learn that best laid plans can and will be changed. I loved September is for Shaw Book 9 of Mountain Men of Mustang Mountain and I loved this series. Haven’t missed one yet. Short and sweet stories that give each month a hot, stubborn mountain man who has to push away his woman before he sees the light. Shaw doesn’t want or need a woman he just wants the land he was told he could buy. Unfortunately, Eden inherited the land and seems to drive Shaw insane but what about the electricity when they touch? Why is he so grumpy? I loved this storyline that had a little twist and the characters. I would definitely recommend this book and the series. Can’t wait for October!.
