Dragon Mated

This slow burn romance was a thrill to read. The carefully crafted plot twists were great--and you never saw them coming. This series is unlike any I've read before.

Dragon Mated is not a stand alone book. This book is a continuation of the story in the first three books, and picks up at the cliffhanger ending of Dragon Fated. I prefer the suspense elements over the relationship drama, so the first two books were my favorites of the series. The last two books were less slow burn and more on/off/on/off. There were some aspects of the storyline that I was surprised were left unresolved at the end of this book, but Andi and Damian do get their HEA. Victoria Mei did a fabulous job with the narration. She kept my attention through the relationship rollercoaster and was very easy to listen to. I'm positive that I enjoyed the story more because I listened to it. I received a copy of the audiobook at my request, and the opinions here are my own.
