This is a must read for those working in retail. I’m working at Target right now and I’m glad I read this book.

This book was inspirational, monumental at this point in my career, and the best part of all a great read. Reading about when, how, and where it all began for the company i work for was sincerely a read. This has motivated me in a tremendous way to do to better with how i operate, communicate, and lead my team and fellow associates.
