This book is meh I mean I only read 18 pages because I was bored but it’s probably good for a 6 year old girl….

i liked this book but i can’t find the second book! i was soo invested in this

Basically, this book is more realistic, which is a good example of good writing skills. The setting tells of a more medieval-like school for young witches, quite like hogwarts from Harry Potter. Now, some things that confused me is the broomstick turning into a rhinoceros. I know it’s magic, but the fact that in this book broomsticks can turn into animals is just strange to me. Plus, Margaret montogramy, (I know, I didn’t spell it correctly.) the main antagonist, was in a lower class than her abilities show. I know, it was to create a difficult situation for the protagonist, but putting someone who is much more skilled than their classmates is, also, strange, for it is very clear she is much more skilled, & her parents would’ve put her in a higher position in the school, well, from what I think.
