Description

In that perfect stranger, I found my fairytale…

Olivia Cadwell is finding herself in an impossible situation. She knows she has to leave Leo Folley and his privileged life if she's going to protect him from the people who are after her. She knows she can't work in his office anymore, if she wants to protect him from his own board of investors.

Unfortunately, she's also fallen in love with him. And that's going to make leaving a whole lot harder.

When she runs into her own father outside of Leo's office, though, things get a whole lot more complicated. And the stakes get a whole lot higher.

A job is a job, until you're the boss' pretty woman…

Gave the first book a try. It was ok had some holes. Could not finish second story. So disconnected and unbelievable. Roger was one dimensional. No character development

Ms Timms stretched this one out to sell another book. Too many back and forth decisions that get very tiring to read. I’ll finish the third book in this series, but it will be my first and last series or books by this author. So disappointed.

I didn’t know each book is only a third of the story. I was so over Olivia’s plan to leave-then stay then leave then stay. I’m done. Don’t even care what happens in end.
  • Okay book super slow

Honestly I didn’t mind the book series until the end. There were some grammatical errors and towards the last two books were FULL of repetition, to the point I literally skipped full paragraphs because I got tired of reading the same line written differently for half the chapter. The first book ended on a cliffhanger and the last book had me wanting to smack the female lead. If you like the whole man bends over backwards even tho he doesn’t do anything that terrible and the woman is toxic and blames him for everything and calls him a liar even tho she has literally been lying to him since day one this book is for you. I was so angry during the last book that the ending just sent me over the edge. I only gave it 3 stars because I loved the male lead.

Oliver has Anger Issues, I don’t like her. How can see get mad at Leo for trying to find out about her after he asked her over and over about herself and she refused to tell him anything. And he is stupid for letting a stranger move in and work for his company and he knows nothing about her. I don’t like the way this writer tell stories.

This book was just filler and pretty boring. As I stated in my review of the first book in the series, there are story errors. The name of Olivia’s home town changed from book one to book two. In book one, Olivia bought a blue dress for the charity event from Linda during the first shopping, along with an entire wardrobe. Later Olivia bought a red dress for the charity event as if she hadn’t already bought a dress, and bought another dress for a dinner as if she hadn’t bought any others. My biggest complaint in both books is all the drinking and driving. That is not okay. The author blew it because instead of reinforcing the image of smart, responsible professionals, driving drunk just makes Leo and Olivia seem stupid, irresponsible, and dangerous.
