Ending is horrible. Leaves you hanging.
  • Skip it.

Banging your head against a wall would be equally as entertaining as this book. It has been a while since I’ve read something so repetitive. Good idea, although not original. Terrible execution. You could cut of 100 pages of the same repetitive conversations between the same four people and still be unsatisfied. Cliff hanger, but there’s no way I’m wasting my time reading the other two books.
  • Mean writer.

Good build and character development. I hate cliffhangers.

I expected more drama… more hitman action … more cartel action..this first book was more based on the building of their relationship… good read, just kinda wanted more. I wanted twists and turns, this is more of a chill read. I’m not mad at it though. Ended on a cliff hanger, and so I’m now headed to the next book.

Why can’t they just end a story
