Locke describes in excellent detail the nature, codification, and processes associated with diving-related human errors. I think I can safely say Locke did not attempt a spelling or grammar check before sending the book to print, and worse, when I contacted him, doesn’t have any plans to revise the errors, provide prospective buyers an alternative (e.g. PDF, .docx, Pages). He is rather pointedly obstinant in his erroneous writing method. They are so frequent and so flagrant it is distracting to the reader, and at times doesn’t even make enough sense to parse. If you think you can look past all that, the content is insightful.
