Slow start but very good will read next one

A good read—I couldn’t put it down.

The plot is a standard science fiction novel with a lot of plot lines that come together at the end of the book The final chapter leads to a second book in the series but not enough for me to continue reading the series

Downloaded this on a whim to read on a temporary work assignment with lots of downtime. Finished it in three days because I couldn’t put it down. It had me enthralled the entire time. I found myself holding my breath at points, and my heart breaking at others. It’s not just a great space story, but a story about people and their connections to those around them. Totally recommend!

Once I got to the half way point I could not stop reading until it was complete. I will most likely re-read a few times, it is that good.

This book overall is a fantastic book with many twists and turns that will keep you entertained as you read it. I highly recommend.

Has pilot calling starboard engines “right” and no real reader capture right away, no matter the attempt

Nicely written. Part Sci-Fi, part detective novel. I like the main character and character development in general. The implications of conditions on Earth are utterly and disturbingly plausible. Although the reality is that we are not going to get to leave this ruined home. Well done, thanks.
