First-time parents and veterans agree that the first year can be one of the most challenging stages to face.

How to properly feed your baby for optimal development and health throughout the first year.Discover how to avoid having endless sleepless nights by sleep-training your child.Learn how to avoid common mistakes that parents make that can end up harming their baby's development in the long-term.How to properly deal with separation anxiety and make it much easier on your child, and you.The biggest challenges parents face in the first year and how to easily overcome them.
Would you like to enjoy going through every stage of your child's development without worrying if you're doing the right thing or not?

The earlier you manage to give proper guidance and care, the easier it is for babies to grow into healthy children.

However, there is no such thing as being too late, and even tricky behaviors and habits can be helped.

Increase confidence in your parenting abilities. Start by taking care of your baby the proper way from the moment he arrives home for the first time!

The described approach is working wonderfully for the first three months. I wish I read this book before having the baby.
  • It’s enough.

I don’t normally write reviews but I can’t tout this book enough. After a week of constant crying from my newborn (and me), I stumbled across this book. My son’s pediatrician wanted to prescribe him acid reflux medicine which didn’t help. If you fear your child has colic, give this book a try 🙂 This first time mom is eternally grateful!

So useful! It was great having a strategy for dealing with a crying newborn. The advice had proved very helpful and effective for first time parents.

This has been a great book for me as a first time mom. It’s written very well, easy to read. I appreciate how she remains a mediator for all things. She explains both sides and their pros and cons. (Breastfeeding vs. Formula feeding is an example.) I never felt like her opinions were forced on me, she always is encouraging to do what’s best for your baby and it might not be what was best for hers. It has lots of information that I appreciated.

I got brownie points with the wife for ordering it so we can read it together. But, it has a ton of good information for expecting parents. I'm a little more confident for when our guy comes.
