I loved this! Right into the first few chapters the instant attraction was hawt! I liked how this author turned what should have been a one-night stand into a long distance relationship that struggled to survive military demands. It seems completely impossible, but I never felt like it wasn't realistic. The author talked about three defining moments in their life where everything changed for them and it was so profound it made me stop and think about how one second can change your life. The story starts out with the new relationship highs we all experience but then the reality of what it means to be a part of the military start to bring these two back to earth. The realness of what Jordan faces being a part of this military family was heartbreaking but also beautiful. To see these men come together like a family was inspiring to read about. I loved this couple and I am so intrigued about Noah's friends and what promises to be equally good stories. ARC provided by NetGalley

Hot, hot...HOT!! Wow...this book has it all, heart stopping military men, the women who love them, witty, clever dialog, and lots of laughs. This is the first book in the new Wild Aces series about F-16 fighter pilots and you can't get much hotter than a handsome airman in a flight suit...not to be confused with the Top Gun Navy fighter pilots as Noah reminds Jordon on several occasions. Much to his chagrin, she compares the two and learns a lot from him about their differences. There is so much going on between the sheets with these two, but it's so very cleverly and well done through the dialog that it is so very easy to visualize the scenes. I've seldom come across an author who is so very gifted with dialog as is Ms Cleeton. While Jordan is obsessing about whether Noah fits her Chupacabra boyfriend analogy, Noah is fighting his growing feelings for her. The story brings out the very real challenges that military men and women face in having relationships and families and is very well done in bringing to light what these heros face on a daily bases. I look forward to reading more from this author as the series continues because she has set the stage with some really drop dead handsome men. This book was provided by Netgalley for my honest review.
