This book is a perfect overview of the book The Fast Metabolism diet, and covers the fundamentals of a fast metabolism diet. There's many tips in this book that can be used to increase your metabolism, and then loose weight. It's pretty easy to understand, and it's the best method to loose weight.

Overall this was a quite magical review of the book. The book was quite awesome and I wanted the review and I was overall pleased. Thanks for this awesome title.

The book is described as being written "in a chatty, casual tone". As a dietician to the famous, Haylie often discusses cases in the original book but never names names. ! I imagine that this diet plan is a lot like a detox, because it is divided into different stages geared toward when your body is ready for them.
