Hot on the heels of her beloved Marriage to a Billionaire novels, New York Times bestselling author Jennifer Probst nails it with the first in an all-new sexy romance series featuring red-hot contractor siblings who give the Property Brothers a run for their money!

Ever the responsible eldest brother, Caleb Pierce started working for his father’s luxury contracting business at a young age, dreaming of one day sitting in the boss’s chair. But his father’s will throws a wrench in his plans by stipulating that Caleb share control of the family business with his two estranged brothers.

Things only get more complicated when demanding high-end home designer Morgan hires Caleb to build her a customized dream house that matches her specifications to a T—or she’ll use her powerful connections to poison the Pierce brothers’ reputation. Not one to ignore a challenge, Caleb vows to get the job done—if only he can stop getting distracted by his new client’s perfect…amenities.

But there’s more to icy Morgan than meets the eye. And Caleb’s not the only one who knows how to use a stud-finder. In fact, Morgan is pretty sure she’s found hers—and he looks quite enticing in a hard hat. As sparks fly between Morgan and Caleb despite his best intentions not to mix business and pleasure, will she finally warm up and help him lay the foundation for everlasting love?

There is nothing more sexy than a hardworking, control freak, bad boy and sexy, that would be Caleb. But when he met Morgan she healed every broken part of his life and he did the same for her.. Cal was a home builder along with his three brothers and Morgan was best Interior Designer in the states. They were building a home for a client of Morgan's. Together they all found each other. Loved this book.

AudioBook Review Stars: Overall: 4 Narration: 5 Story 4 A dual-perspective story is the basis for this story. Siblings, mischievous dogs, an uptight designer and a touch of the Southern Belle blend to create a story that will have you searching construction sites for a man like Caleb. Oh yes, it is fun, funny, sexy and heartfelt with plenty of moments to enjoy. Caleb is the eldest brother in the Pierce family, expecting to have control of the family business after the death of his father. Years of stress from dealing with a manipulative and difficult father should have ended. Instead the stipulations require him to bring his estranged brothers into the company to live and work together. As if that isn’t enough to deal with, Morgan Raines, has hired him to build a home to her exacting specifications. On two fronts, Caleb expects nothing but walking on eggshells for the next while. Morgan is exacting, demanding and ALWAYS gets what she wants, even if she has to appear at work in pink work boots. Holding on to her proper is a habit, but she also never lets on the pain or secret she keeps inside. Oh yes, there is a solid, knee shaking instant reaction to Caleb, and their control issues will bounce off one another far sooner and more often than their lips will connect. At first. One can only hope. Morgan is solidly female, strong, and intelligent and knows what she likes and wants. Caleb couldn’t be more different than his brothers, and while he does find stings in the barbs thrown, his honest desire is to make everything work – and then find happiness. Narration for this story is provided by Sebastian York and Madeleine Maby. I adored the solid portrayals, as both added elements to the characters that felt intuitive and appropriate, never over emoting or letting the moment fall flat. Probst’s writing is perfectly paced and each moment is nuanced to show the characters in every living and breathing moment, flaws and all. Truly wonderful narration allowed those elements to shine and held my attention, giving everyone a voice and memorable place. I received an audiobook copy of the title from Simon and Schuster Audio for purpose of honest review. I was not compensated for this review: all conclusions are my own responsibility.
  • Review: Billionaire Builders 1: Everywhere and Every Way

Everywhere and Every Way by Jennifer Probst is the first book in her brand new Billionaire Builders series. While this book is a standalone romance that focuses on the two main characters, Morgan and Caleb, it is also the book that completely sets the scene for the next books in the series. we get an insightful look into the brothers relationship with each other, another dip into their past and their mothers history leading to another outlying character. It's just so rich and filled with detail but done in a way that doesn't bog you down. I loved this story of home-building and meshing two personalities together to create a life together from their own individual and very different lives. I absolutely CANNOT wait to read more in this series and am really looking forward to seeing where the Pierce brothers will take us next.

Grab a fan for this one! This book is HOT! Like all Jennifer Probst novels, this was a fantastic read! The story was a fun premise, especially if you are a fan of HGTV, or sexy constructions workers! The author doesn’t overwhelm you with technical information, but she gives enough for the reader to understand the series of events and even more, for the reader to truly be able to envision the scenes. Every location, Cal’s house, the new house they are building, the bar, etc, I could see them all right in front of me. Throw is shirtless guys with a hammer (as long as they aren’t vomiting…) and the picture gets a whole lot enthralling. The characters are well developed and consistent, I had a whole myriad of feelings toward them. But, that’s what makes them excellent characters, whether I loved, hated, was annoyed by, felt compassion for, the point is, they made me feel. Caleb and Morgan have an immediate, magnetic attraction. The sexual tension between these two was intense and when it finally explodes…oh boy. They also had a witty banter between them that was fun and sharp. By the end, I could see how they fit together like puzzle pieces. As individual characters, Cal is so easy to fall for. He’s completely alpha and confident, but he’s got a sweet side, with a little vulnerability. Cal is not your typical over the top hero, while he has everything I love about those types of guys, he also has the ability to stand back and look at the bigger picture, then admit when he’s wrong. He doesn’t hide from an apology; he owns up to his actions. He had things to learn about himself in the story, things he didn’t really like, but again, he recognizes his failings and corrects his course. He is definitely full of layers. For the most part, he is a hard worker, responsible, and dedicated to their goal. He’s also full of love, though he hides it a little more. But, as the story progresses, we peel back his layers right along with him. Suddenly, little things we didn’t notice become indicative of a larger flaw, a stubbornness and control factor we didn’t even notice at first. It’s how he handles the ups and downs, and discoveries that make him an amazing character. Morgan was a tougher character for me to like. She was incredibly manipulative in the beginning and her actions took a dream of Cal’s right out from under him. Something he’d worked for and earned. When I was on the cusp of forgiving her, Cal explains what she forced him to give up and even then, she admits, she would have still done it. Forgiveness was a long time coming and I’m not sure I’ve ever really let it go. Just writing this review makes me a little mad at her all over again. And, while she was dealt a lot of crappy hands in her life, it doesn’t excuse her actions. That being said, she is definitely full of wit, humor, and dedication. She works hard, knows her stuff, and has a knack for knowing where to draw the lines between her and the workers. Despite her professional lack of empathy, she has great compassion and love for Cal and the people in his life. She redeemed herself quite a bit in my eyes when she took care of Cal and his brothers on the anniversary of their mother’s death. Tristan and Dalton are very intriguing and I can’t wait to see what Jennifer has in store for them. She’s got a little work ahead of her for me to like Dalton though. While he’s funny and has sweet moments, he seems incredibly immature, bull-headed, and definitely a manwhore. But, I have faith in this author and I know I’ll fall in love with him eventually. Although the story is complete and there is no cliff hanger, there are hints at secrets that will keep you waiting for book two on the edge of your seat. Like other series, they will all be able to be read as a standalone, but I think after reading book 1, it would be very difficult not to read the rest of the books! I can’t wait for book two! This book falls on my ‘might re-read” shelf, but I’m so glad I read it. It’s fun, entertaining, and steamy!

This is book one of a brand new series and it is a great beginning! This is not just a love story, it is also a story about family. I think one reason I loved it so much is because it touches on so many real-life problems that people face. It shows how people can grow within themselves and deal with these issues that face them, making them better people along the way. On the romance side, I love this couple! Caleb and Morgan are perfect for each other. I loved how she fit right in with Caleb and his brothers, even when the brothers couldn't get along with each other. The characters in this series are all very interesting and I find myself anxiously awaiting future books so that I can delve more deeply into these characters. Five stars for this new series!

Three brothers, a determined lady, a couple dogs and one almost impossible goal. A new light, fun, happy read with some mild angst from Jennifer. Caleb is bull headed, strong willed and determined. But Morgan has a stronger will and more determination. She is a thorn in Caleb's side from her silvery blond hair all the way down to her pink work boots. She is a southern belle who is not afraid to get dirty and the one thing that Caleb just doesn't want to resist. Sparks fly. Sexual tension mounts and you get a really great read. These three brothers are smoldering hot and I can't wait to see what the other books have in store for us. "“I’m in a bad mood, princess. Sure you want to take me on now?” She tilted her head and regarded him thoughtfully. “Why don’t you try me, Charming?” A battle of whit and determination that you really don't want to miss.
